Return & Refund Policy

At DrinkHerbb, we understand that our products may not be suitable for everyone. If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in our Return Center.

Return Process

• Complete the step-by-step instructions provided in our Return Center.
• After completion, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.
• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.
• If you encounter issues while initiating a return, please ensure you enter your full order number, including the "S" at the beginning. For further assistance, contact our Customer Experience team at support@drinkherbb.com.

Returnable Items

• Purchases made within the past 30 days.
• Unopened cartons and packages.
• Opened/sampled cartons with approximately 50% contents remaining.
• Individually purchased cartons.
• Bundle purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased over 30 days ago.
• Depleted cartons.
• Partial bundle returns.
• In-store purchases.
• Third-party purchases (e.g., Amazon).
• International orders.
• Unshipped returns.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund which can be applied towards a new purchase. Due to varying prices and the nature of our food items, direct exchanges are not feasible. Completing a return, refund, and repurchase through our Return Center ensures a smooth process.

Subscription Policy

• Customers receive a reminder email and SMS (if opted in) three days before their subscription order is processed.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to manage subscriptions by skipping or canceling in time.
• If a subscription is not properly managed and the order processes, the customer must accept the shipment or return it for a refund.
• No charges will be applied if the subscription was correctly skipped or canceled before processing.
