Once an order is processed or shipped, we're unable to reverse or reroute it directly. However, here are a few steps you can take:

2. Contact the Recipient Address
If the address is familiar (e.g., old residence, workplace, or relative), reach out to them to forward the package. If not, consider contacting the building manager or resident.
3. Pick It Up (If Local)
If the address is nearby, try calling ahead or picking it up in person.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If the address is invalid, USPS may return the package to us. Watch for a tracking status like "Alert." If this happens, email us at support@drinkherbb.com so we can correct the address and resend it.

Log in to your account and go to "Manage Subscriptions." From there, you can update your payment method. If you run into any issues, email us at support@drinkherbb.com.
You may have subscribed as a guest at checkout. To manage your subscription, please create an account using the same email you used to purchase. Once you log in, your subscription will sync automatically.
